In an AnyLogic workshop, Microsoft Autonomous Systems Principal Program Manager Kence Anderson explored the advanced decision-making possibilities of ML and showed how Microsoft’s machine teaching concept is achieving faster training times.

The easily accessible workshop session provides a high-level overview of AI’s state of the art with examples from Microsoft and DeepMind research, as well as illustrative Karate Kid analogies.

The AnyLogic Conference 2021 was online and presented a record number of cutting-edge simulation models from world-leading organizations to 2000 participants from over 100 countries. Starting in the Tokyo morning and continuing non-stop to the Californian afternoon, for 24 hours, on September 23 the conference followed the sun and gave simulation modelers around the world an opportunity to connect and learn simulation modeling at the cutting-edge.

At AnyLogic Conference 2021, Python came to the fore in a presentation by Principal Software Engineer Nikolay Churkov. He informed attendees about ongoing research into making Python a second native scripting language in AnyLogic.
